We are excited to introduce our brand-new HPS SDA Apartment, Jewel on Joyce, featuring 15 fully self-contained, 2-bedroom units designed to offer high-quality living spaces for NDIS participants. The property also includes two Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) units for residents requiring overnight care.

These units are ideal for NDIS participants with High Physical Support (HPS) needs and include a second bedroom that can be used flexibly for support, family, equipment, or as a study. Each unit is equipped with high-quality appliances that promote participant independence while maintaining a balance between lifestyle and support. The units are split across two levels: 8 ground-floor units with large private outdoor patios and 7 first-floor units with spacious, secured balconies and lift access.
