Currently, it is occupied by one lovely gentleman in his mid-50s, living independently at a SIL (1:3) ratio. He enjoys a friendly and supportive environment and shares many interests, including cooking, drawing, socializing, outings, watching movies together, and engaging in various in-house activities. He is very polite, well-mannered, accommodative, and welcoming to new co-tenant(s) who might join the household.
