Utano Care is proud to offer Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) in the heart of Carlisle, tailored specifically for SDA participants. Nestled on the corner of Oats and Bishopsgate Street, this 2 bedroom villa provides a blend of comfort, convenience, and contemporary style, with easy access to a range of local amenities. Ilios Village This development is another Ilios Village. Utano Care is the SDA provider and village manager for all Ilios Villages. SIL providers will be invited to participate in the village. Other services such as Allied Health, Community Participation services, Exercise, Animal Therapy will also be available at the village and through the concierge service provided by Utano Care. Utano provides a concierge service to clients coordinating between service providers (including SIL and other services such as Allied Health, community events, exercise, skills training etc) operating within the village. The concierge service is designed to provide a one stop service allowing SIL providers, support coordinators and participants to access everything they need with minimal effort and delay. Utano Care also offers Community Access Programs: Bringing you to the community and bringing the community to you through:

• Participation in training, education, or ey job readiness programs.

Programs that focus on your interests and abilities.

• Engagement in social, sport, health, and other recreational activities.
• Wildlife rescue and rehabilitation programs.
• Therapeutic animal training and riding centre.
• Community lounges, coffee shops, and event spaces.
• Shared vehicles available for your exclusive use.

Application Criteria We invite you to join us for a home open on Wednesday 18 September to take a look and discuss your plan, needs, and any other questions you may have. We don't prescribe the types of individuals however, we invite individuals to advise of any preferences they have when sharing this space.
