Applicants must be aged 18 or over. This is an enrolled Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property. Applicants must be approved for SDA by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Rent and utility payments are required. A residential agreement must be established by the applicant or their support person.
