Supported Care has 2 vacancies available in our Supported Independent Living houses in Moffat Beach, Sunshine Coast.

The sites are a 1: 2 and 1: 1 Support model provided by Supported Care. We have a team of experienced Support Staff providing ongoing tailored supports to the site. Community Support will be available with Supported Care.

The existing co-tenants are friendly gentleman who enjoy accessing their local community, watching movies/TV and engaging with their Supports.

The house has a furnished lounge and dining area, and we have a bedroom ready for you to furnish to your liking. The additional room will be for our Support Worker.

This site is transitional to provide an opportunity for SIL customers to match without commitment; then we would support the three individuals to their new longer-term home in the Caloundra area.
