Shared Supports
In-home supports will be delivered by Life Without Barriers, including overnight supports. We will work with you to develop a support plan around your individual needs, goals, and budget.
This home is shared with three other residents. Depending on your requirements, this provides opportunities to share some or all of your supports with your housemates, maximising value for money in your NDIS Plan. Life Without Barriers can also provide supports for you in the community, or you can choose your own provider.
Who you'd live with
Housemates
The home is currently shared by three residents - a mix of male and female aged 30's to 60's. Two residents attend a day program during the week, while another enjoys spending much of his time at home. With two separate lounge areas, each with a television, residents can choose whether to spend time together or enjoy different activities in their own space.

Room information
- The vacant bedroom features built-in storage and a window with a leafy outlook. Double roller blinds and air-conditioning provide additional comfort.
House information
- The home has 4-bedrooms, two open plan living spaces, laundry, and separate bathroom, shower room and toilet. The bathroom is fitted with a hoist. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The house features a quiet and shady patio area where you can share in indoor or outdoor living.

Elwood offers a welcoming bayside lifestyle with convenient access to local shops, cafés and services along Ormond Road Village and nearby Glen Huntly Road. Residents can enjoy Elwood Beach, the Elwood Canal, Elwood Park and Foreshore, Point Ormond Reserve and the nearby walking and cycling paths. Medical services are available locally, including Medical One Elwood, while public transport options include nearby bus services, tram connections along Brighton Road and train services from Elsternwick Station. The area also provides easy access to St Kilda, Brighton and surrounding Melbourne suburbs for shopping, appointments, recreation and community activities.
