Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
Our experienced disability support workers receive specialised training to ensure they deliver personalised, high quality support. All employees are fully trained in the following, with additional coaching provided as needed:
- Personal assistance – such as dressing, eating and bathing.
- Daily living – such as meal preparation, shopping and cleaning.
- Positive Behaviour Support and/or intervention strategies.
- Health management.
- First aid.

Housemates
There are nine people supported across these Lilydale units. Everyone is in their own independent units. There is a shared common space attached to the office area that is frequented by residents who enjoy socialising.

Home features This two bedroom, two storey unit with a private courtyard is part of a welcoming community of 15 homes. A Melba on‑site SIL team is available, so support is close by and tailored to you.
