This gives everyone the chance to get to know each other and decide if it feels like the right fit. We encourage open communication, shared values, and mutual respect to help build a calm and friendly living environment. The final decision is made with input from the existing housemates, support staff, and the new applicant, ensuring the home remains a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
