This purpose-built Robust SDA home is designed for participants who need a durable, low-risk environment while still maintaining independence and control over their daily living.

The layout is structured to provide strong separation between spaces, allowing each participant to live with privacy and reduced reliance on shared areas. Bedrooms are positioned to support personal space, with nearby access to bathrooms and living zones that are easy to navigate and supervise when needed. The inclusion of a dedicated breakout room adds a critical layer of flexibility, giving participants a safe space to regulate, reset, or step away without disruption to others.

The home includes an on-site Overnight On-Call room, ensuring support is immediately available while remaining unobtrusive. This allows participants to live more independently, with support delivered efficiently and only when required.

Designed and certified to the Robust SDA standard, the home incorporates reinforced construction, impact-resistant materials, and vandal-resistant fixtures throughout.
