LDS has an exciting vacancy opportunity within a cluster at our new SDA build in Tea Tree Gully. This three-bedroom brand new home is suited for people with SDA Improved Livability in their plan, and we can explore either a 1: 3 or 1: 2 support ratio. Clients will be fully supported with a 24/7 passive overnight support team. Bedrooms include ensuites, for convenience, comfort, and accessibility. There will be passive overnight support in the staff sleepover room, and the security of knowing that the two neighbouring properties being LDS homes with overnight staff as well. There will be a community of 6 clients neighbouring each other, with ample opportunities for socialisation, fun, and friendships.

With lots of natural light, this home is situated in a quiet suburban street with easy access to leafy reserves, local shops, parks, the local Lutheran church, medical centres, and public transport. In conjunction with St John Lutheran church, this SDA property is built brand new and will be SIL managed by Lutheran Disability Services.
