We specialise in supporting individuals with complex disabilities to support them to live independently in their chosen community. AWS offer SIL accommodation options that are individual units for participants who require 24/7 support but don't want to share their living space with others.

Ratios 1: 1, 1: 2, 1: 3 or complex support 2: 1 (2 workers to 1 participant)

Our support is tailored to help clients achieve the goals outlined in their NDIS Plan, assisting with daily life tasks and developing skills for independent living. We provide 24/7 support using a sleepover and active nights model to ensure continuous, high-quality support.
