Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
Our experienced disability support workers receive specialised training to ensure they deliver personalised, high quality support. All employees are fully trained in the following, with additional coaching provided as needed:
- Personal assistance – such as dressing, eating and bathing.
- Daily living – such as meal preparation, shopping and cleaning.
- Positive Behaviour Support and/or intervention strategies.
- Health management.
- First aid.

Housemates
The home is shared by three women aged 82, 36 and 28. People supported spend a lot of time together in the kitchen, enjoying conversation and social connection.

Home features This four bedroom home includes two bathrooms, a main living area, and an outdoor BBQ pergola that’s great for relaxing or spending time together. There is also a dedicated art and quiet room – a sensory friendly space that’s separate from the main living areas, offering a calm place to relax or enjoy quieter activities.
