Support setup, Staff, and Certifications
Our experienced disability support workers receive specialised training to ensure they deliver personalised, high quality support. All employees are fully trained in the following, with additional coaching provided as needed:
- Personal assistance – such as dressing, eating and bathing.
- Daily living – such as meal preparation, shopping and cleaning.
- Positive Behaviour Support and/or intervention strategies.
- Health management.
- First aid.
Who you'd live with
Housemates
Home to one male and three females aged between 57 and 69. Families are always welcome and visit often. Residents enjoy socialising together and engaging in group activities both in the home and the local community including going for walks, picnics, cinema, and sporting event trips.
