Housemates are chosen based on shared preferences, interests, and support needs, with tenants also having the opportunity to take part in meet and greets to connect, get to know each other, and make their own choice.

Costs: The SDA funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to Good Housing. In addition, tenants contribute the Reasonable Rent Contribution (25% of the Disability Support Pension or equivalent) plus 100% of Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
