The property is staffed by a stable, knowledgeable and experienced mix of female and male team members.
- Staff have skills and competencies in Autism, Positive Behaviour Support, Epilepsy Management, Mental Health First Aid, Prada Willi Syndrome, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and PCAS.
- 24/7 support, including active night support.
- Access to a fully maintained modified vehicle, for transport within a 30km radius of the house (annual fee applies).

- Able to live with men and women.
- Has or is eligible for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding.
- Requires basic, or above, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding.
- Wants active night support.
The housemates are independent people aged 30 to 50 years.
- Housemates use some words and gestures to communicate and one housemate uses a communication aid.
- Each of the current housemates attends community participation programs.
- Housemates have interests and activities that they pursue individually, with the support of staff.
- There are opportunities for housemates to socialise and engage in special events in the house and/or in the community if they choose to.
- Staff take a Person Centred Active Support (PCAS) approach in their daily living and household activities.
- There are authorised restrictive practices in place at this house as some housemates require additional support to stay safe.
