This purpose built 3 person Improved Livability SDA home has luxury features to make it a special home. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, soundproofing,  The property comes fully furnished, with each participant just needing to furnish their own bedroom to meet their individual needs. This property has an alfresco area and is in a quiet location in Winter Valley. The new Coles supermarket is being built very close by. Ideally we are seeking a person for the home who enjoys a quiet environment  and would be matching to two younger males. The participant can be a bit older as long as they get on ok with two younger quieter males is ok. The new housemate could be either male or female. Each participant during the day may have their own day supports or potentially they are out and about doing their own program. Two current applicants have an overnight care team in place that will be providing overnight care as the OOA.

This is a fun house where the two current tenants want to add a new housemate who will enjoy this space with them.

MTA maybe considered for this property for the one available bedroom if the person matches well to the current two tenants.
