This purpose-built, fully accessible home features spacious bedrooms with ensuite, a large open-plan living area, and a beautiful outdoor space. With a warm, friendly vibe, it’s a place where everyone feels comfortable, connected, and happy.
We encourage clients to join in with social, leisure, sporting, educational and community activities. The home is specially designed for individual care and support for people with a range of disabilities, particularly acquired brain injuries, neurodegenerative disorders and complex cases. Clients can choose from short, medium and long-term accommodation.
Located in a quiet court in Albury, Nicola Place is close to public transport, shopping centres, medical clinics and central Lavington.
With 24-hour care, our Nicola Place team supports clients to achieve their goals and help them maintain skills to live a quality life.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is funded through the NDIS. SIL includes:
High intensity and standard supports
Assistance with daily personal activities showering, dressing, medication
Assistance with household tasks - cleaning, cooking, laundry
Social and community activities shopping, medical appointments
Our experienced team take pride in what they do and are truly passionate about supporting clients to live life on their own terms. We hand pick staff to match the needs of each client and our team are trained to support complex needs. They receive ongoing training and coaching, and all have current NDIS worker clearances.
