Support

The house is staffed seven days a week with an INACTIVE (Sleep Over) model of overnight of care by Scope Aust. Their staff have experience supporting residents with a range of needs, including - intellectual disability; Down Syndrome; epilepsy; mobility; and AAC

Things you need to know The applicant must be 18 years old or over. This is an enrolled Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) property therefore the applicant will need to have NDIA approved SDA eligibility and the appropriate level of SDA funding available. The applicant will need to be able to pay rent and utilities. The applicant and their important person will need to establish a Residential Agreement.
