The property is staffed by a highly trained team who are committed to supporting the housemates to live the life they choose.
- Each housemate decides the level of care they want.
- Staff are on hand to provide assistance where required, including taking housemates to appointments.
- Staff supporting individuals within this service have skills and competencies in mental health, trauma, medication management, diabetes awareness and PCAS.
- 24/7 support, including active night support.

Housemates
This home would be a great fit for someone who likes to be independent but requires supports in acts of daily living.
- Able to live with other people.
- Needs some support with daily living (eg attending appointments, help with medication management).
- Wants active night support.
- Has NDIS Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding or Disability Support for Older Australians (DSOA) funding.
- Has basic, or above, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding.
The housemates enjoy living independently, while having the support they need to be safe and well.
- Current housemates include women and men.
- Housemates are aged 45–85.
- All housemates are verbal.
- Some of the current housemates attend local community participation programs.
- Each housemate has their own network, interests and activities that they pursue individually and with the support of staff where needed.
- There are opportunities for housemates to socialise and engage in special events in the house and/or in the community if they choose.
